Manage sub contractors
IBS has a network of sub-contractors for fabrication, civil works, electrical and structural throughout Australia and Asia. Our project engineers have many years’ experience working with sub-contractors to ensure the equipment is built to your speci cations.
Procurement

Scheduling and document control
IBS has full time staff dedicated to document control and scheduling. Through our quality control systems,we can ensure that your project runs on time and on budget.
Site relocation
IBS can inspect your existing plant with a view to relocating. We can manage sub-contractors including cranage, mechanical and electrical contractors to ensure your equipment is moved with a minimum amount of disruption to your existing operation and get your relocated plant productive.
